Terms of Use

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. What Relational Revenue is

Relational Revenue is a web app that helps business owners build revenue through relationships. It includes daily, weekly and monthly revenue actions, a CRM for your business relationships, revenue tracking and revenue paths, weekly check-ins, a briefing area for your own brand documents, a Visibility Partner that searches for podcast, speaking, press, award and grant opportunities, and Sophia, an AI guide who draws on your data to reflect, advise and draft.

We’re always improving the Service, so features may be added, changed or retired over time.

3. Your account

• Accurate details. Give accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep it secure. You’re responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@mysticmentorship.com if you suspect someone else has access.
• One person per account. Your account is personal to you (or your business) and can’t be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Membership and payments

• Price. Membership is $15 per month (plus any applicable taxes), billed in advance each month until you cancel. We’ll give you notice before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled securely by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. We never see or store your full card details.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage billing. Your access continues until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Payments already made aren’t refunded, except where the law requires.
• Failed payments. If a payment doesn’t go through, you’ll have 7 days to update your payment method while keeping full access. After that, access pauses until payment is made. Your data stays saved in the meantime.

5. Your monthly AI allowance

Each membership includes a monthly AI allowance (currently $10 of AI use), which powers Sophia, pitch drafting, revenue paths and Visibility Partner searches. You can see how much you’ve used on your Profile page.

• The allowance refreshes on the 1st of each month. Unused allowance doesn’t roll over and has no cash value.
• If you reach it, the AI features rest until the next month; everything else in the app keeps working. We may, at our discretion, add a top-up.
• We may adjust the allowance as the underlying AI costs change, and will tell you before a reduction takes effect.

6. Sophia and AI-generated content — please read this one

Sophia and the Visibility Partner are powered by AI models from Anthropic (Claude). They can be genuinely helpful, and it’s important to understand their limits:

• Not professional advice. AI responses are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health or other professional advice, and using them creates no professional or fiduciary relationship. For decisions with those consequences, consult a qualified professional.
• AI can be wrong. AI can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or invented, even when it sounds confident. Opportunities found by the Visibility Partner may have changed or closed. Please verify before you rely on or act on anything.
• Your decisions are yours. The Service supports your thinking; it doesn’t replace it. You use AI output at your own discretion and risk.
• Automatic updates. When you tell Sophia about a person, she may add or update that contact in your CRM, and during guided conversations she may set your revenue actions and revenue driver. You can edit or delete anything she saves.
• Your data and AI. To answer you, relevant data (your profile, offers, CRM details, sales, check-ins, briefing documents and conversation) is sent to Anthropic, as our Privacy Policy explains. Please don’t include anything you don’t want processed this way.

7. Acceptable use

Please use the Service to build your business with integrity. You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate anyone’s rights — including storing contact details you have no right to hold, or contacting people in ways that break anti-spam or privacy laws
• Try to access other members’ accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the Service’s security
• Copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying structure, proprietary workflows, prompts, source code, or other non-public components of the Service, or use the Service to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service
• Use the AI features to create unlawful, harassing, deceptive or harmful content, or try to get around their safeguards
• Upload malware, or anything meant to disrupt the Service, or overload it with automated requests
• Share your login with others

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including suspending or closing an account.

8. Your content and our intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You keep all rights to what you put into the Service — business details, CRM records, sales, check-ins, documents and conversations (“Your Content”). You give us a limited permission to host, store, process and transmit Your Content only to run, secure and improve the Service, including sending it to our service providers (such as Anthropic) to deliver the features you use. We don’t sell Your Content or use it for advertising.

You’re responsible for Your Content — that it’s accurate and that you have the right to use it.

AI output. You may use what Sophia and the Visibility Partner create for you in your business. AI output may not be unique to you and may not be protected by copyright.

Our work. The Service — its software, design, frameworks (including the revenue rhythm and relational revenue methodology), text, graphics and the Relational Revenue and Mystic Mentorship names — belongs to us and our licensors. While you’re a member in good standing, we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own business. No other rights are granted.

Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions (and we hope you will), we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

9. Third-party services

The Service is built on trusted providers — Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Google (feedback log). They operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their services beyond our own obligations to you. Links to other websites, including opportunities the Visibility Partner finds, are provided for convenience; those sites are outside our control.

10. Ending your use

• You can leave anytime. Export your data from Profile → Export all my data, then delete your account from Profile → Delete my account. Deleting cancels your membership and permanently removes your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close accounts for breaking these Terms, non-payment, fraud or abuse, or risk to other members or the Service. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice and a chance to put things right first.
• If we ever close the Service, we’ll give members reasonable notice and time to export their data.
• Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

We can’t guarantee any particular business result, revenue figure or growth. Your results depend on many things outside our control — most of all, the actions you take.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE WON’T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WON’T EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR US $100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystic Mentorship and its team from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or anyone’s rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Mystic Mentorship is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state. Before taking any formal step, please email us at info@mysticmentorship.com — most concerns can be resolved with an honest conversation, and we’d much rather fix a problem than argue about it.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. For material changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated Terms; if you don’t, you can cancel and delete your account.

16. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a term right away doesn’t mean we give up the right to later.
• Assignment. You can’t transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
• Events beyond control. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
